Wedding and Event Planning

Planning a wedding is an investment of your emotions and your finances, and we truly understand what it all means to you. Through our proven process and structured approach, our meticulous planning packages provide the guidance and support you need in celebrating your milestone memory.

Full wedding planning packages include detailed planning of your wedding, from sending out the "save the dates" to venue sourcing and planning all the details of your special day. Our team is there to support your every bridal need. Full wedding packages are based on the scope of work and guest count. Planning for large-scale, highly customized weddings should start at least 18 months before your wedding day.

Partial Planning Packages start 8 weeks before your special day. With all your vendors sourced and secured, our expert team ensures that the loose ends are tied up and allows you to focus and enjoy the days leading up to your special day. This package includes your client portal, vendor coordination, vendor contract review, day of coordination, wedding rehearsal, guest check, email check-ins and virtual calls to keep you informed every step of the way.

Floral Design

Our in house certified floral designers specialize in bridal party florals including bridal bouquets, floral hair pieces, customized handheld pieces and boutonnieres. Event florals include breathtaking tablescapes with cascading florals, ceiling floral installations, backdrops, floral balls, and designed centerpieces.

Luxury Furniture Rentals and Decor

Our luxury furniture inventory includes glass top tables, specialty dining chairs, lounge furniture, luxury chairs, chandeliers, and candelabras that give your events that opulent touch. Our furniture and décor is used exclusively to execute our in house productions.

Our certified in-house event designers with over 30 years of combined experience ensure that each event is executed with precision. We take the time to listen to your story, and translate it into beautiful unique designs, that reflect our high design standards. Using the latest technology and our proven design process, we turn your love story into the luxury wedding event of your dreams.


Our Process

Your experience starts with a complimentary consultation. From there we get to know each other, and our team is able to grasp a basic understanding of your wedding day priorities, expectations, and an idea of your vision for your special day. During the planning process, we spend time with you, paying attention to all the little details that culminate in your wedding day experience. You will have expert guidance on guest experience, event design, and achieving the overall aesthetic, which is an integral part of your celebration. Design is where we will spend a lot of our time fine-tuning and perfecting the process.

The reason you have selected 2 B Luxe to be your planner and designer of choice is that you want your special day to be seamless while confluently providing a sophisticated and elegant experience for you and your guests. Every 2 B Luxe design is inspired by design elements you have fallen in love with; however, we do not replicate other designers' work or replicate our past designs. We maintain the creative parameters of all designs so that you are always steered in the right direction, whilst achieving your dream event.

Ideally, the full planning process starts at least one year in advance of your wedding date. This period allows you the grace to make decisions in a stress-free environment without looming deadlines, while allowing you the time to enjoy the tastings, the dress fittings and exploring your décor and floral possibilities.

You will be kept up to date via your client portal, where you will have access to your vendor contracts, event diagrams, and all activity related to your project, all in one convenient location. Your lead planner and assistant planner team will keep you up to date with virtual calls, in-person meetings, site visits and vendor appointments. Accountability is key to our team maintaining your trust and confidence.


Your event and planning production investment is based on the scope of work, the number of events you are having, your design(s) and the respective guest count. Pricing includes a design fee, a planning percentage fee and the floral/décor/production costs. These productions include a myriad of moving parts, which include sourcing, contract and service negotiations, coordinating with fabricators, suppliers, and creative partners and working with the crème de la crème of vendors to bring your wedding day experience to life. Your design has no pre-packaged cost; all of our designs are highly customized and are determined by how lavish and intricate your requirements are.
